My daughter is waiting for a diagnosis of adhd. There were 3 people there who were absolutely amazing!A gentleman called Matt, a lovely lady with purple hair who booked us in and another lady, tall, blond hair with glasses who spent time with my daughter choosing glasses, didn't rush her and let her try on as many pairs as she wanted too, but also helped my very indecisive 8 year old choose a pair she liked! I'm sorry I don't remember their names but all of them were so patient and kind.

I've used Specsavers for 22 years in fact they supplied my first set. They are not the cheapest,but mid range. Good choices, although they change size specification on their frames,so if it's just frames you need,for your lenses,it can be difficult. They could help customers by keeping standard sizes,especially on prescription sunglasses. The after sales service is very good,and if they can fix a problem they will. I'm forever bending my frames.

Friendly, efficient staff, nice store local to me. Very professional eye test. Lose 1 star for being a bit too pushy on sales, from up-selling the retina scan to pushing for me to get reading glasses to correct very slight long-sight I already said I don't need.
