Will never use again. Still waiting for update on my claim. They never answer emails. Even set up 2 different claim numbers for my ONE claim. If i cld give no stars i wld.

Got travel insurance with them and subsequently on holiday had a heart attack and needed stent operation. AXA was useless whilst I was there. Offered no help. Since coming home have no processed my claim in 8 months. Complained about them which was upheld but they have still have failed to get my claim sorted. Absolutely hopeless. Do not use.

Took 3 x the yearly car insurance premium and can't refund as it's the weekend, leaving me £760 short! Poor communications, lack of replies and a complete show of ignorance. Terrible company and staff.

Terrible costumer serviceNever really sorted my problemI wasn’t at fault in the accident and AXA wasn’t even able to sort out my issue, got no compensation when I was injured and had to to stay at home for 2 weeks, missing work, and every time I called I had to repeat the story over and over again

At 57 years old I found myself having to make my 1st ever claim. This was back in March. I've sent numerous emails and it's impossible to speak to someone. Do not take out a policy with this company. They are completely ignoring my correspondence

Cheap insurance with cheap service. I have been trying to talk to an actual human about an incident and to say it has been difficult is an understatement. I have called numerous times on different numbers and haven’t been able to get through, I have also emailed and had no response. It has been and still is a serious headache trying to get in contact.
