Superb service! I can't fault this garage. The gentleman at reception consistently goes above and beyond to help the customers and doesn't make people feel as if their requests are a nuisance, like other places sometimes do. Always very good energy, polite, efficient and very accomodating! Would 100% recommend

I wasn’t looking for a new car when I arrived at Fairway. I was browsing whilst I waited and saw exactly what I wanted, a Ford Kuga 1500 automatic. I checked with Paul and Steve about the cost against my current car. I also talked to Andy, the Repairs Manager, about the car.Within the hour I had collected a friend , to help with my decision, and the Kuga was outside for a test drive .After a test drive I was sure I was going to have the car, one problem- I only got my current car 18 months ago. Was I being impetuous?Paul & Steve were very patient not pushing for a decision, allowing me as much time as I needed. I even looked at a different car!Yes, I bought the Kuga!My thanks go to all the sales team I saw, Paul & Steve especially. Also to Andy whose advice is always excellent.
