Lou took on a very knotted Shnauzer with aplomb. He came out of his grooming session looking goergeous and cut exactly how we wanted it, knots removed as well. Highly recommended.

Tried Winnie Wiggles and won’t be going anywhere else, ever again! Louise has such a personal and professional manner, Pip was treated like royalty and looked amazing. I have no idea how Louise did it but she worked miracles on our nervous border collie. Thank you so much Louise.

Walter had his first groom with Louise today and I'm thrilled, he looks like a fluffy cloud. We both felt incredibly welcomed and at ease. I loved how Louise listened to what we wanted and did exactly as requested. When I picked him up I could see how relaxed and happy he was. I didn't hesitate in booking his next appointment. I think Walter will be very happy visiting Winnie every 6 weeks for a groom and play in the garden.

Wotsit had his first groom with Louise today. Really happy with it, and a lovely calm setting for Wotsit who isn’t the biggest fan of grooming!

Lovely first visit for Poppy to see Louise and we won’t hesitate to visit again. Louise listened carefully to our requirements and Poppy looks fabulous. Very clear to see that she’d been well cared for whilst she was in Louise’s care.
