Great service. Rented a van for a house move and thought it was brilliant. Was quoted extortionate amount by other companies. I rented the van, picked it up done my move dropped it off hassle free. I'm now using their cars whilst waiting for a new car to arrive. I absolutely love the service and even more so their friendly customer service team.

So this car club is amazing. Amazing. Their whole ethos of community sharing whilst keeping their cars maintained and clean is great. The live chat customer support is extremely important and helpful. they have a plethora of electric and hybrid cars and vans. All good f which are available at very cheap prices. I just wish they would do it on a low monthly rate if you want the car for a month at a time. Other than that it is an amazing community service. I love them ...

Co Wheels car club is Great! The staff are extremely friendly. Ever have a problem one of the lovely call handlers will go out their way to help you for sure!I use co-Wheels as the only vehicle I own os a Honda CBR Fireblade 1000C motorbike and as you can imagine when you have the kids or other commitments a car is very handy so I tend to use this service almost every week without any problems.To operate the cars it’s just the case of booking you’re slot in the app turning up to the car with you’re smart card and pressing it against the reader boom it’s open no hassle at allP.S sign up now use my name as referral get free credit!!

I have had super service from the team at co-wheels - from the moment I applied to signup, until now (roughly 12 months or so!). I had made dozens of bookings, especially their EV cars and have never been let down by any issue. I would recommend them without hesitation - just wish they had a better presence in and around London as I travel there often.

I used the online chat to ask about electricity supplies at the charging points for Co-Wheels' electric vehicles. They had no information to offer so I will be contacting the company further, since it should be easy to find out whether the vehicles are charged by electricity from renewable sources - which I would fully expect from a company which prides itself on an 'environmentally friendly' approach.

This is a fantastic service and I thoroughly recommend them. With an autistic son we can cancel a car rental at 2 hours notice if it looks like he can't manage. Spoke to them on the phone occasionally when I couldn't get the car to unlock. Always polite, always helpful. Wish they had more EVs.

All trips have been flawless if not better.Every time I've needed Customer Services, I've always been presented with kind and supportive staff. Such as one of the cars being out of charge. They kindly swapped me to another one near by.Great vehicles, Great platform including great customer support.
