He booked me in and explained via email and on the phone the process for the work- I found this very reassuring. On the day I was SO impressed with how on time they were. They did an incredible job an worked in an extremely efficient manner. They protected my carpet well and removed all rubbish too. What I really liked it how they explained all they had done once they finished and ensured I was happy with the final outcome. Thank you!
