I've heard stories of people receiving damaged units etc.All of ours were in perfect condition and even when I've needed a few new pieces here and there, they were provided for no charge.I can't knock Wren...... I also can't comment on their prices because I didn't compare.Ultimately if you want quality and money isn't your motivating factor then Wren have been very good to me and I expect they'd be equally good to you.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were a little worried having read some of the reviews but we fell in love with a particular kitchen so decided to take the risk and I'm so glad we did! From the very start the service we received was excellent. Lauraine, our designer at Warrington, was very knowledgeable. We had an idea of what we wanted our kitchen to look like but she improved our design; suggesting things that would mean we got the look we wanted but also maximised the space we had. Delivery was on-time and the men who delivered it were polite, friendly and worked very hard. We didn't use a wren kitchen fitter but wren fitted our quartz worktops. Again, that went ahead without any issues. We absolutely love our kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wren to friends and family

We had shopped around looking for a new kitchen. Nothing jumped out at us, product wise or service wise. That all changed when we went to the Wren showroom at Warrington. We were genuinely spoilt for choice. We finally selected the kitchen that we wanted, and the Wren designer set about designing it for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we were allowed to change things until it was exactly what we wanted. It was soon delivery day, the guys turned up when they said they would, and treated our home with care and respect, putting everything where we asked them too. The kitchen cabinets are of a very high quality, much better than others that we looked at. Thank you so much Wren Kitchens. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and the service that we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again.

From the design, to our inevitable changes, to the delivery, everything ran very smoothly. And when we found out that we did not have enough cornice rail ordered, and a decor end short, no problem, these were supplied free of charge. Excellent after care service you just do not see every day.We have had the kitchen now for a few months, and are really pleased with the quality and look. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Avoid this kitchen store! Better to buy in IKEA. You will have damaged items where will replace with another unit damaged in another place but obviously has been replaced as new "."

We have had a superb experience with Wren Kitchens. We developed a great rapport with our designer, Adam Sargeant at the Warrington branch, who guided us through the process from start to finish. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products which made selecting what we wanted a total pleasure. We made numerous amendments to our kitchen design and nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. Thank you Adam!The delivery was on time and very efficient. Everything was unloaded perfectly by two very polite and hardworking young men.We used an independent fitter, but even they commented to say they love fitting Wren Kitchens. We are so happy with the quality of everything and are so pleased with our new kitchen. 10/10!

Got my kitchen around 6 months ago. We was served by a gentleman called Dan Hulse. His attention to detail was amazing took us from start not knowing what we wanted right the way through to having it installed, had a few issues which have risen since installation date, Dan has been in contact with us constantly and sorted things prompt. Great lad would highly recommend.

We purchased our kitchen from Warrington store, Dan Hulse was excellent, really pleased with design and quality. We had our own fitters but everything came on time. A couple of small defects to supplied kit but replaced straight away. After service was just as good as when ordering. Highly recommend (big thank you to Dan for all his patience and understanding)

Spent thousands on a kitchen. 5 doors come with blemishes under the laminate. Wren refuse to pay to have the replacements fitted and will simply supply replacements only if reported within 28days of delivery Avoid customer service is shocking
