Firstly they have flatly refused to make reasonable adjustments and accommodations for my disabled children. 1 having cerebal palsy the other having autism which he is very affected by. They also refuse to put this in writing funnily enough. The receptionists are generally OK and polite apart from the heavy set one who likes to shout abuse as your walking away. Then let's get to Lynn" the manager. You try and make a complaint to her and all she says is "I find that hard to believe"

Staff are always helpful and friendly but the online service is shocking. I have just tried to order a repeat prescription using the username and password sent to me via text from the surgery and it told me that one of them was incorrect (?!?) so I decided to reset the password. However it then said my email address is invalid, it's not as it auto populates the minute I type the first letter of it into my phone. So now I have the daunting task of ringing after 2pm next Wednesday (the first day I am next off work) & waiting goodness knows how long to get through to someone to order what i have been taking for 14 years. That will be over a full week (by the time it has been sent to the pharmacy) that I will be without my medication that I take daily. The system is atrocious and needs changing.

Awful experience, staff opened my record on the system and was making funny gestures with her face. Very big communication disconnect between the healthcare team. You can never get through on the phone.

Awful practice now! I was in the surgery and thought I would book an appointment to see a Dr whilst I was their, the reception asked what I wanted to see a Dr for, their was a que of people behind me and I didn't feel comfortable telling a receptionist and a que of strangers my problems!! So I didn't even get an appointment! It's wrong that a receptionist would even ask!My mum had to go to minor injuries today as after 2 days of ringing she still couldn't get an appointment and she was in alot of pain.

Got told by doctor he wanted to see me in a month. Receptionist refused to book one as can only book 2 weeks in advance. When i rang back in 2 weeks they then said they were not booking appointments and id have to ring the morning i needed an appointment.

Awful practice. Very rude staff and very unhelpful. The doctors aren't much better there these days. Impossible to get an appointment if you work and the online booking system never has any available appointments either. Needed to book a follow up appointment 2 months ago and all I have been offered so far was one with a practice nurse. Absolute joke!

Shocking telephone system, started ringing at 0800 on the dot, took 1h15m and over 400 calls to finally get through, by that time there was no appointments, the receptionist was very rude. I have sent an email to the practice manager and the CQC, I will be looking at switching doctors ASAP as this one is not fit for purpose.

Absolute worst surgery I have ever had to deal with. Where do I start on why, firstly you cannot get through on the phone, this morning I have tried over 100 times, the only way you can get an appointment is to keep going in at 8am until you get an appointment, unfortunately if you work full time you cannot do this if you need to keep your job. Secondly if you can get there watching the very old aged pensioners having to stand outside in the freezing cold until the doors open dead on 8am, they do not even have the decency to open the doors and let them wait inside.To add insult to injury they turned my daughter away on a prior illness which resulted her then been admitted to hospital she is 1 year old just turned. It's a disgrace to our NHS Service.

The worst GPs in Hull, don't listen to their patient properly while the patients trying to make an appointment. Their first answer is we are full and always suggest to go in a walk-in emergency then what the GP meant for. Because of them last year I didn't get treatment, I called them several times for the appointment finally I have to go to back my country for treatment and because not getting treatment at proper time I was undergone to ICU on ventilator.
