Lovely place to do your nails , staff our very friendly and manager is excellent, knows all her regular customers well and they are fast and patient

OMG absolutely disgraceful and a business like this should be shut in the UK. Seeing as they have 4 stars overall, then other customer were treated well. So, I take their treatment as an act of racism. They kicked my mother out of the shop when all she was doing was looking at nail polish colours. Their reaction was “we don't have the colour you want!” And when she said “that’s really rude and you shouldn’t treat customers like this” they answered with “our business is doing just fine, so can you leave our shop”

I visited the shop yesterday after losing a nail earlier that day. I had had my nails done less than two weeks prior somewhere else.The staff at Hollywood Nails are so friendly. The shop is bright and clean. I was offered a hot drink and looked after well. I will definitely be go back again and recommended this store to my family and friends.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!I was treated very poorly! The manager figure is sooooo disrespectful and RUDE! I went twice and within that time I witnessed that she is only polite to white customers. I was charged £15 to change a polish colour. I was also rushed to choose my colour. As I was choosing she sent another customer in my chair!!?? I did not even take long to choose! When I told her that she's rude and I won't be going back she said her business is doing just fine. Maybe all black people should stop going here and she will see how fine" her business does!! NOTHING "Hollywood" about this shop."

I was not impressed. The girl I had made no effort to talk to me apart from giving bank details because they wanted extra for shellac. Very unfriendly and my nails had lumps of polish on them. I won't go back.

Horrible customer service, in comparison to the other nail shops in Harlesden this has to be one of the worst, wanted me to place myself into pedicure chair while they were still dealing with a customer, didn't switch on massage facility on chair had to ask for that too. When getting a pedicure I do it for the relaxation purposes as well as for the finished look, this experience has been anything but relaxing, very rough and I'm a person who is used to rough, and wouldn't stop even when I said it was hurting. Will not waste my money here, there is one woman who seems to have manners the rest don't only care about money with shoddy attitudes. Try California nails much better service and value for money than this... on and did I forget to mention they charged me to take of my nail polish before the pedicure £5 to be exact

I went there to get a refill of Regular Acrylic and to replace a nall.Which they charged £20 for the nail and & £3 for the replacement of nail. They said £10pound for what seem to be a special is no polish. I Declined and said just give me a normal nail polish.It hasn’t even been a week and it’s already peeling.Even when I buy a polish from a hair shop it doesn’t peel.I feel like I’ve been robbed and I will never use their services again.Terrible products
