Absolutely shocking service. Have been awaiting a final sign off certificate since mind January after a final inspection. Have telephoned 15 times over last 2 months and still nothing sent out after them repeatedly blaming of the inspector for not sending through the information, to be told by the inspector is was sent through weeks ago. I have been trying to sell my house and without this it has stalled the entire process. They have taken my money and provided zero service beware !!

Extremely disappointed, shocking lack of basic service!BCS do not care about the clients, do not respond to emails, do not pick up the phone, do not come to carry out inspections when agreed - and never apologies.They employ completely incompetent, jobsworth inspectors, who constantly raise trivial challenges to issues that do not constitute any problems from Building Regulations perspective.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Tried to contact the BCS department by phone initially, to be informed that all staff working from home, understandable in current climate, as I have to as well some times, directed to go to the web page and told to contact and it appears to be a never-ending loop with no way to talk to anyone or get a response. Perhaps they should reconsider as it may be that they cannot run the department remotely, or the automated system needs to be reviewed. Having a system where you can talk to a human may also be beneficial.

Sent an enquiry about an ongoing project in January. Their automated response says wait 15 days for a response. Received a response at the end of March saying they didn't understand and couldn't help! It's so bad it's actually funny! I had forgotten I'd even contacted them. I would never use them for any future project.

18 months down the road and still no sign off. Little to no communication. Several phone calls and emails sent with months passing before any response. Any communication that does happen is unclear and doesn’t make sense to a non-specialist. Recent email sent to the inspector bounced back (almost as if that inspector no longer works there). I would avoid using this company at all costs, but we had no choice.

The service from BCSolutions continues to get worse instead of better, they boast of an innovative approach" but it is probably the worst level of service in the Country. I don't have these problems with other local authorities but always dread having to deal with this one. If BCSolutions were one of my business suppliers I would have stopped using them a very long time ago
