Homebase - Worcester Blackpole

We bought new taps for the bathroom basin and the bath.The plumber fitted the basin taps and when he opened the box of bath taps the taps were of the wrong size. The fact is that the box was not sealed. Someone in the shop put the wrong product back in the box. Job done. I had to spend another £50 to make it work on the spot. Really disappointed with this branch of Homebase.

Lovely shop but I can never find a shop assistant for help

I recently visited Homebase, a store specializing in DIY and home improvement products. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the size and layout of the store. The aisles were well organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their knowledge and expertise in the products they were selling. They were able to answer any questions I had and offer recommendations for products that would suit my needs.One thing that stood out to me was the selection of products available at Homebase. They had a wide range of products for all types of home improvement projects, from paint and wallpaper to power tools and gardening equipment. The pricing was reasonable, and I felt that the products were of good quality.I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase larger items, such as furniture and appliances, at the store. The staff were able to assist with loading the items onto my vehicle, making the process seamless.Overall, I had a positive experience at Homebase. The store was well organized, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of products was impressive. I would certainly consider returning for any future home improvement needs.

Recently refurbished DIY store which includes Bathstore, Denby & Bedeck as instore concessions. Good selection of items and reasonable prices, large amount of storage and homewares along with good kitchen and bathroom displays. All you need for home and garden.

Excellent service from the whole team at Homebase Blackpole today. Staff were really helpful and made buying our new dining table a breeze. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service including helping us carry it to the car. Thank you!

Typical homemade. Lots of sales on our visit. Could do with more people on the tills . Plenty of parking outside, including disabled bays

Free parking when available, this is part of a small shopping park with many other shops sharing the parking. I expect it gets very busy at weekends. The store itself is quite big, upstairs has fireplaces and kitchen design. Downstairs has the usual tool, mowers, paints etc.Staff seemed friendly and not pushy at all. Worth a visit if its what you are looking for.

I don't think I've been in such a dim shop, the lighting is appalling. Can't believe just how much this firm has gone down the dip over the past years and its not just this store

There isn't a homebase near me but when I visit my daughter in Worcester anytime near Christmas I love to go in and see what Christmas toys" they have. A snowman the first year a family of reindeer the second year and now Santa and the gingerbread men. They all sing a different Christmas carol too"

I ordered to click and collect and they had not collected the correct product for my order. They picked a product of the same brand name and just put it in the basket. They take no care to read the type of product you've paid for! Filler is not a one size fits all!! I ordered an exterior wood filler and they gave me a flexible white interior decorators filler. I had to bring it back and then they gave me a hard time asking if I have used it, when it's brand new and clearly hasn't been squeezed, there is zero residue in the nozzle, nothing, it hasn't been used and clearly DOESNT MATCH my click and collect item! So much hassle to return and swap my item for theORIGINAL PRODUCT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!!
