Booked an appointment, they failed to show up. On calling the female who booked my appointment, she said it wasn’t her problem it was the fitters fault as he hadn’t told her he was running late. Took a morning off work to sit and wait for them. I wouldn’t recommend this company on the interactions I’ve had.

Great company. Knowledgeable, fairly priced, and the fitters were lovely. Even helped out with coordinating delivery (and a little lifting) of some furniture whilst the window was out. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very quick to respond to my initial query and organising an appointment. The fitters were on time, very professional and polite. Reorted our front door lock had broken so we couldn't lock it. The boys came out within 4 hours and repaired it. Fantastic service and very reasonable pricing.

Absolutely fantastic service from UPVC Doctor. I called and Liam was round within the hour. He completely fixed the problem with zero fuss and gave us a great recommendation for a future upgrade. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will definitely only be using this company in the future.

They replaced the tarnished handles on my windows that made them look awful for a fraction of the price of new double glazing. Glad I found them, they were fast, reliable and polite and I have saved myself a fortune. These little things make all the difference in terms of aesthetic.

Called for a quote they were able to come within days, very polite and professional on visit, quote came through same day which was very reasonable. They were able to complete the works within a couple of weeks, again very polite professional, gave good advise and showed completed works for approval. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 100%

The service provided by UPVC Doctors was excellent. They came and did a temporary fix on our existing door without charging,this enabled us to use the door whilst waiting on the replacement to be ordered. The guys fitting the door provided an excellent service,they were clean and tidy and very patient with what turned out to be a complicated replacement (wonky house!). I would highly recommend them for anywhere need repairs or replacement and will be using them again without hesitation. Excellent value for money and an uncomplicated process from start to finish. Thank you so much.
