Pranay Patel and Kruti Desai did an excellent job on my implant. First time I'd been treated by specialist dentists, and I was amazed by their depth of knowledge and skill. Also very personable and friendly. Highly recommended. On the non-clinical side, the customer service seems to have improved greatly under the new management.

Oh, what a delightful experience it's been, dedicating almost 8 months of my life to a dental saga filled with thrilling cancellations. I must say, standing in their reception three times and enjoying the surprise cancellations while overhearing others suffer the same fate is truly a highlight. Kudos to them for their impeccable timing, making sure I waste both time and money. I'm eagerly awaiting the practice manager's call – I'm sure it'll happen any minute now, just like my problem getting fixed. I can only assume your 5 star reviews are from their private clients who must receive better service than their NHS patients. So glad my hard earned tax and NI is going towards such a great service!

Making my appointment was bothersome. I arrived at the appointed time with an email confirming my appointment but reception could find no record of it. I had to go away again. Contacting reception involves a long wait on the telephone. There was further confusion with the second appointment that was made originally with the wrong dentist. I spotted this and queried it and consequently they sorted it out.When I finally got to see the right dentist to perform the extraction she was superb in every way. Friendly, reassuring, informative and very skilled.In short excellent dentistry but reception service found wanting.

I have been using Damira dental for a few years. Each time I see a dentist they are usually a different dentist and they always find I need a filling even when I have no problems!Recently I took the advice of my latest dentist and booked an appointment with the hygienist who told me he was actually a fully qualified dentist. He was very stern and I felt very embarrassed about apparently not looking after my teeth. The procedure was very painful but he got a little frustrated with me when I closed my mouth with the pain and said I should raise my hand only. If someone catches what feels like a nerve in your mouth I bet he would close his mouth too. Two weeks later I still have discomfort when I eat anything! I would have phone about this but no one ever answers the phone since Audrey ( who was delightful) left. When I complained that the phone was never answered I was told they haven’t got time to answer the phone!!I asked the receptionist to phone me back about a filling , I’m still waiting for that call. I have paid upfront for further appointments but I will not be keeping them and will expect a refund.

Such a great experience at the practise. I attended for a filling and extraction. Service from both reception and dentist were amazing and I felt so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

I’ve had a very positive experience at Damira Oxford, especially with the hygienist William Page. With his guidance and care, my teeth have never been in better condition and his tips for brushing and flossing made my daily routine more effective. He’s always busy but goes out of his way to make the experience comfortable and informative for each patient.

Ive been on a few occasions for check ups, fillings, teeth cleaning etc. Every time I come in the reception team have always been very kind and helpful, as well as the dentist and nurses were very attentive, knowledgable and professional. I recently had an NHS check up with dentist Azar. I enjoy his approach, he is polite, friendly but also straight talking. I am booked for a filling in December unfortunately, but I can confess I have not been flossing or brush twice a day as recommended. I will endeavour to be better! Fillings aren't cheap, but I'm happy to pay as I feel I get good service at Damira. Looking forward to quote and scans for Invisalign.

I had the worst dentist experience in Damira Oxford.The dentist was in a rush and also didn’t prepare the seat properly to let me sit down. The dentist literally was very rude and careless to use his tool very hard to push my teeth. Due to there was no proper seating the check, it took less than 5 mins while it wouldn’t be possible to for the dentist to look and check my upper teeth without a proper sitting.I’m referring to the private dentist there. I wouldn’t be comfortable to be checked by them anymore.

I went to the practice because I am a brookes student, I was accepted as an NHS patient by the reception team in my first visit. I found the reception team very helpful. My dentist and nurses were so lovely and they helped me relax. The practice is pretty quite and clean. I went there again for a hyginiest appointment, and it was a really good experience. The practice is very concerned about your health in general. I got positive vibes from my overall experience.
