This cafe is just what Maldon needs:somewhere a bit different and unique to have a cup of coffee, tea, etc with a delicious piece of homemade cake. (The bagels are tasty too!) It’s a few minutes walk from the high street and close to the prom- worth finding and you’ll be pleased you have!I have been to this delightful cafe several times already. Each time I have found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. It’s the perfect place to browse some local art, look at books and records or just relax.Highly recommended!

My first visit today, and I'm very impressed. Very friendly and welcoming, and as it was a lovely sunny afternoon I opted for a table outside, and had an Americano with a slice of lemon drizzle cake. The cake was freshly baked and absolutely delicious, and the coffee freshly made and even to a fusspot like myself, flavoursome.The decor inside is fascinating; very well supplied with books, art and old singles, and spotlessly clean.I hadn't realised they have curry nights, looking forward to giving one a try out!An excellent and quirky addition to the town's eateries, highly recommend...

Bit disappointing really. My coffee barely tasted of coffee, just a mug of milky froth, cake was a bit dry and crumbly and didn't taste much of lemon or raspberry. No actual breakfast foods on offer at 9.15, just cake or sandwich. There is plenty of good competition already in this town, I think I'll stick with them in future.

Went to the cafes pop up curry evening for a date night and it did not disappoint. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the food was nothing short of spectacular. With every mouthful you got a hmmm moment and we can't recommend this lovely place enough.

Found this quirky little coffee shop in the middle of a residential area. I just absolutely loved it. Charming little coffee shop with so much character with arts and books. I had a toastie and coffee both superb and service is great!

Cosy little cafe hidden just off the high street… amazing place , cheaper than other coffee spots in Maldon, and the coffee tastes so much fresher! Been coming as a regular since they opened

Really lovely little place. Drinks were perfect and they even do dairy alternatives. My daughter had a scone, which tasted home made and was lovely, I had a tuna melt on sourdough bread. We both had chai tea lattes and they were the best we’ve had in a long time. The staff/owners were really friendly and even wished my daughter a happy birthday. Highly recommend
