I ordered some food a variety of Chicken Chow MEIN and Egg Fried Rice and King Prawn Fried and Fried Prawn in Batter and when it arrived the Egg Fired Rice was boiled Rice with a tinge of a very light colour so was the Prawn Fried Rice I ordered.I rang Jade Garden and this woman picked up and I told her that the Prawn Fried Rice was the same as the Egg Fried Rice with just Prawns added she said to me you ordered it u did not say I had to put Soya Sauce in it, I said to her I did not know I had to say these things she then replied you people want things and different things and other stuff I said to her what do you mean and she was so rude she put down the phone rude loud mouth as ever. I called her back to ask her what do you mean you people she said she did not say that and my Grandson of 11 heard all of this.So all I say to you please think again of ordering from this Chinese Restaurant - the Woman is rude if u say or complain - the food is so not tasty and boiled rice and the dishes just put together with no taste at all on your palette!

Terrible customer service just dreadful. I called and i was left to wait on the line for 2 minutes with no explanation. Then i tried to explain the address and post code and the woman says, can you just be quite there is too much people talking just hurry up and make the order! What sort of customer service is this? Outrageous, please go back to school and learn how to be respectful with some decency and etiquette! Because this sort of behaviour is utterly trash! No respect for humanity! What goes around comes back around! Will never order!

First time using this restaurant for a delivery, the food was so lovely & tasty with really generous portions. We will definitely be getting our Chinese from here in the future.

Jade garden is the best Chinese. We have been ordering from here for years and no other Chinese delivery compares. The food is well priced and always delivered within the time bracket given. The food isn’t greasy and the portions are very healthy. Love this place.

The staff there are very poor. I just left the place. I was there trying to order. They ignored me went and got things came back I literally have to asked them if they take orders or not. The lady walked to me with attitude. I still tried to order but she's giving me attitude. I had to leave it. Because I don't know what they will do to my food if I have to force and go ahead to order. I will never ever eat there. They don't deserve a star.
