Had my consultation today with Pete, I was worried I would feel embarrassed talking about how I felt but he was so easy to talk to and I spent an hour with him laughing and joking, he explained every element of the hair system process and honest and open. Pricing was very easily broken down and explained. Girls on reception are lovely and welcoming (and make a banging brew) can’t wait to start my journey, THANK YOU OPTIMA!

Can’t recommend Optima highly enough. They’ve been fantastic with my hair systems since I discovered Optima just over a year ago - just wish I found them sooner! The salon is lovely and always been made to feel so welcome and so well looked after. All the stylists are fab, but Cassie has been so wonderful with my system and on my monthly visits which I look forward to every time!

I have been with Optima over 15 years, have to say they are the most helpful, wonderful, professional people I have met over the years. Specially the owner Pete is a loveliest guy you will ever meet (Yes, he does swears in friendliest way and if he doesn't he will be boring). I can still remember the first day I walked through that door Pete and Karan made me feel welcomed and supported me through out until this date.I must have had every single stylist over the years doing a fantastic job and helpful as they can ever be. I will 110% recommend Optima to anyone who is looking for hair treatment.

I have been coming to Optima for over 4 years and the care and service is second to none. It really is a shining example of a well run business. Everyone working there is authentically warm and friendly and supportive and extremely attentive. The stylists are super skilled, highly professional.
