Enjoying my first few lessons with Craig, really helping me with my driving and keeps me calm with my nerves. Would really recommend him

Great instructor just passed my test and Craig help build my confidence on the roads and helped me with nerves on my test day

Would love to go lower than 1 star. Seems to take your money and enjoy trips away rather than actually giving lessons. £600 and he's given my son 1 lesson in 2 months ?See how quickly he answers when solicitors and trading standards are involved.

My daughter has recently passed 1st time after having lessons with Craig. He was encouraging, supportive, eased my daughters nerves, gave my daughter confidence and was thorough in all aspects of driving skills.

Highly recommended learning to drive with Craig! Can't thank him enough for helping me pass my test!

Just had had my first lesson today with Craig, everything was really good and looking forward to carrying on my block lesssons with Craig.Update more once having more lessons

Would not recommend Craig as a driving instructor. He was impossible to book lessons with and would ignore me for weeks. Took my block booking payment for 10 lessons in November 2021 and I had 5 lessons between then and February 2022. He would cancel within the hour of lessons or would just not show up, with no apologies but plenty of excuses. He has now given me a refund for the remaining lessons as of March, but only after a month of him ignoring me after he didn’t turn up for a lesson in January. When I did manage to have a lesson he would have me drive to Swansea, to do literally one or two manoeuvres, to then drive back to Port Talbot. I was driving on dual carriageways for 40 minutes of a lesson when I didn’t even know how to do the most basic manoeuvres. I am now learning with a new school and the difference is unreal. I wouldn’t want others to deal with the stress of trying to learn with Upass.
