Came here to get my nose pierced. Was very busy and hectic. Several people milling around waiting for tattoos and piercings, as staff were running behind schedule. But the girl who did my nose was very nice. I felt she could have told me more about what she was going to be doing and also aftercare (I was just given an information sheet) as this was my experience from my Daughter having her nose pierced a week before at a different place in Norwich.

My daughter's had a few piercings fine here with no problems and brilliant aftercare .Always there if you have any questions, friendly welcoming down to earth staff we always fine Jess a delight if we need any advice.Prices fair ,clean beauutiful newly decorated building too✅

Came to get a double helix piercing, my first cartilage piercing, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and the person who did my piercings was brilliant, really putting me at ease and taking good care of me when I felt a bit wobbly afterwards! Highly recommended :)

Excellent studio. After previously having an awful nipple pierce elsewhere in Norwich where they used no clamp and pierced way to deep, I came to Indigo for my repierce.Much more professional.Much more skilled piercing and after a year of problems with previous nipple pierce im on day 2 and already pain free!Would never go anywhere else

Always friendly and understanding. Had 10+ piercings here and never had a problem.They have redone piercings for me done badly at other places and replaced jewellery when I’ve needed. Happy to give advice and very knowledgeable.Highly recommend. I’ve been using them since 2007.

I’d had a 3rd live piercing done at another jewellery shop! Unfortunately the stud embedded in my lobe, the shop would not help in anyway!! Thankfully Indigo were so helpfully, removed the embedded stud and replaced using the correct piercing. It’s healing lovely. Highly recommended and will be back for more piercings

i got an eyebrow piercing yesterday at indigo and my experience was really good. i have a few piercings already but this was my first time going here and it was very professional, everyone was really nice. they marked the piercing and finished the whole process within a minute and it barely hurt. definitely worth the money given how amazing my experience was. the studio was very nice and there are rooms you go in to get your piercing so you've got privacy. if you're contemplating coming here, you should definitely go!
