Brilliant, flawless service from start to finish. Offered me choices and some alternatives they thought we'd like to consider outside of our specifications and we went with one they suggested. When you go to AO, Currys etc on the face of it they're cheaper, BUT, ccc took the old unit out and away, then delivered, installed and wired up the new cooker for waaaaay less than the major outlets. Plus, it's supporting a local business with real expertise who don't try and sell you an extended warranty (yeah Currys we mean you) Worth every one of the five stars and we'll be getting every appliance from here going forward.

Recently purchased new cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine from CCC. Was recommended by a friend. Excellent service by very friendly and knowledgeable lady who was very helpful regarding my delivery. Items were delivered by 2 men who carefully installed my appliances who were very polite and helpful. Very happy with my purchases and the price. 10/10.

Rang Saturday as washing machine had stopped working, the engineer arrived bang on time this morning, unfortunately the mashine was beyond economic repair, when I asked if they could supply me with a new machine he told me that they could but there was no pressure to buy from them - unlike another Chorley repair shop he did not charge a call out fee. Needless to say we have just returned from the shop having bought a new washer.All round brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Nothing but praise for all the CCC people!....we needed a narrower than standard gas oven and Abi found us one much quicker than we could. She was knowledgeable about availability and our oven was ordered quickly. Delivery was on time & they took our old oven and all the new packaging away. The lovely delivery guy pointed out some hints and tips and really seemed to care that we were happy. First class service and great to support a local business.
