“ Abdullah is very extortionary and greedy person , He takes advantage of tourists and is not a good business man , unkind , zero communication skills I am not sure why he has his shop opened if he does not want to serve people nicely and gently . Definitey would not recommened anyone to shop around , nor drop their luggage to keep it for them .

He took my watch, he said that he was going to give a value but sold it at high price and gave me less then 1/2 the then second hand-value….my agents are looking for him…..after investigation we now know …Abdullah Mahfoot…..2020..same old nonsense: cones, theft and deception ! I don't understand anyone who gives him 1 star even….My suspicions are correct !If you want to sell/buy a watch, please go to a professional !! NOT this place.

Don't waste your time coming to this place. The guy at the door was rude and told me he won't let me in unless give him reasonable price for my Rolex. I was thinking to get a quote or maybe sell my Rolex. my asking price was pretty good and intact was offered the same by the Pristine watches the the road. Better go to Pristine Watches London to save your time and not deal with a rude guy.

Absolutely would not recommend. Called and emailed regarding selling AirKing Rolex and was told to come in as they were interested. Upon entering the shop, the Owner(?) proceeded to badger me regarding what price I wanted as oppossed to providing a quality inspection and evaluation. After a very uncomfortable exchange, I stated a price - which the Owner simply replied No Way". Unacceptable

Abdallah was a true gentleman and serviced my Rolex perfectly and in a faster time than any other company, most were quoting 3 months and he had it done in 10 days. Reading the other reviews I was concerned until I realised none of them had actually done any business with Knightsbridge Watches, so ignore them, nice man and beautiful welcoming shop that is like his lounge room
