Faulty Product, dreadful customer service!Dreadful customer service - once they've got your money they don't care about faults that have developed in their product and ignore emails/voicemails/contact forms. Cabin we ordered developed a cracked window within 2 weeks of it being installed - beneath the beading. Reported to them, and they said it was nothing to do with them, despite the T&C's stating that double glazing was covered by warranty. The same window leaked from beneath the glass in the pane - they've never responded to this - 6 months on! This is supposedly their premium, durable double glazing. The case is now with citizens advice/trading standards
