Lovely, lovely tearooms. Quaint, cosy and very friendly. Sumptuous teacakes. Really the best teacakes ever! Beautiful large cups of coffee. A very pleasant afternoon in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Thank you so much.

We visited today 15th November for lunch can't give anything better than 100% perfect my husband had shepherd's pie I had jacket potato with bacon and brie my god so lovely.Sue and Paul are just two lovely people doing a great job keep up the good work

This is a gem of a tearoom in Cuckfield. Everything is freshly made and served beautifully with real China crockery. A wide menu choice for breakfast, lunch and delicious afternoon tea. I have been before and I will certainly be back again.

I absolutely love coming here, it's my go-to for a good breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea in Cuckfield. The lady that runs the place is so friendly and an absolutely brilliant cook, almost everything is homemade and/or made to order.

The interior is pleasant and the food was well prepared and tasty. My reservations were that they seemed to struggle to cope with a fairly small turnover of customers and they were obviously stressed. I thought it was also overpriced for the portion size.

Wow!! What an afternoon tea we had... honestly couldn't have found a fresher one around and the team there truly want to satisfy as I'm not a cucumber or fish fan and they went above and beyond with fillings! The fresh scones truly were the best and the added extra of after dinner mints were a magic touch! Will be back.

Have never been into such a soulless cafe the coffee & hot chocolate were awful & the owner was very rude. His coughing made him sound as if he shouldn't be working in a cafe. Will definitely not be going there again. No wonder the other corner cafe was buzzing & we sat on our own.

What a lovely place, we were so well looked after. The food was wonderful and freshly made. Look forward to trying the cream tea next time!
