I can always feel confident and assured that my requirements are always met - indeed that they are exceeded. Pauline always ensures I’m happy with the cut and any treatments. I’ve no hesitation in recommending any of the stylists at Partners to anyone looking for a high quality hair treatment.

I recently attended the salon for a much needed haircut. my appointment was on a Saturday, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was taken on time and then met my stylist Laurie, she listened to what I wanted and soon got to work. Needless to say I was thrilled with the final results! Thank you so much.

Recently moved back to the area after being with one hairdresser for around 15 years.(in West Lothian) I chose Partners because the vibe from outside and the marketing appealed to me. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely patient and polite and talked me through available appointments. Pauline was there at start of the appointment and was super welcoming from the start. She put me well at my ease. I explained my story , my hairstyle preferences and showed her photos of recent haircut. She knew exactly what I was looking for. A couple of things really impressed me that allowed me to trust Pauline straight away. She complimented my previous hairdresser in both my cut and colour . This was very professional of her and I really appreciated that. The second thing was her approach to my colour requirements. Suggesting a toner only next time. She didn’t try to push any new colour straight away. Finally , the cut is just exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased to have found Partners and Pauline on my first go at a different hairdresser . Also grateful for the wee sample token provided . This is. I’ve been looking to get a perm for a couple months but instead of just taking my money and doing a poor job, Laurie at Partners has been upfront in telling me that my hair isn’t ready yet. My hair is very thick so I need a great deal of length to have a perm that’ll look good. I’ve been dropping in regularly and they’ve had 3-4 opportunities to simply book me in, but they genuinely care enough to tell me to give it more time. Haven’t actually had my hair worked on yet but I’m very happy with the honesty this business has displayed. Must also mention that Laurie has been very kind every time I’ve spoken to her, she’s well spoken and definitely knows what she’s talking about. The same goes for those behind the counter in the salon - which is lovely to see as well. Hope to use services soon and I may update this review afterwards

Moving to Broughty Ferry recently I had to seek out a new hairdresser. I found Partners which coincidentally occupies part of the premises where I did my hairdresser training many years ago - Parr’s of Broughty Ferry.I am delighted with my hair which Pauline cuts and colours exactly as I wish. I can highly recommend Partners of Broughty Ferry.

Very happy with the care and attention I receive from Pauline at Partners. She always takes her time, discusses what I'm thinking about getting done, and gives me her ideas and thoughts before giving me a great haircut. She even makes sure to book me extra time because she knows my hair takes a long time to dry. I would definitely recommend going to Pauline (or anyone else at Partners as everyone is lovely and friendly).

Fabulous blond balayage with Salon Director Pauline .She really is the Queen and Master Colour Expert . It is very much evident as soon as you have your consultation that this glamorous girl knows her craft !!!She looked after me from start to finish , the whole process took a few hours and my goodness she would not be rushed , the patience this girl has is remarkable . She worked so hard and looked after me so well , I cannot fault her .Her efforts were not in vain, the result was stunning and the colour and condition of my hair is fabulous , you would not think my hair had been through a bleaching process , it’s so soft and there is no breakageThank you Pauline , I will see you in a few weeks for my toner , I love my hair ,Thanks so much , Louise

Absolute professionalism again from Partners. Really delighted with my new hairstyle from Sally. A combination of my thoughts and Sally's expertise led to a perfect new style. Sally offered great advice as well as to how to blow dry at home. Great visit and rebooked for next visit before I left. Also, I felt very safe in the salon with there being a high level of protection in place.

This is an excellent and friendly salon. I am always really happy with my hair when Pauline has cut and styled it. She just knows what will work.The coffee and piece of tablet go down well too!
