I had my nails done at this salon, but the polish started peeling. When I returned to address the issue, the nail technician argued with me and blamed my baby for the bad polish. He even made a horrible statement implying that if my baby was with me, he wouldn't touch my nails again. I was shocked to experience discrimination against babies at a nail salon and the lack of accountability for their mistakes. Although I received a partial refund, no apologies were offered. This situation is truly appalling.

I visited today to have my nails done for my holiday tomorrow. I had an idea of what I wanted but was still slightly unsure. They recommended a few different ideas and I extremely happy with how my nails turnt out. Would highly recommend to anyone in Waltham Abbey who wish to have their nails done ☺️
