Had light lunch. Disappointed Hot Sausage Rolls was done in a Microwaves instead of Air fryer. Table was dirty. To get the staff to clean was a least 10 mins.

Utterly DREADFUL place. Ordered two coffees, paid, and sat outside ( in full view of the five staff). No other customers apart from two ladies inside. We waited five, ten, fifteen , twenty minutes - the staff were chatting around the coffee machines, but nothing happened. Got my money back and left. How can this place rven exist. TERRIBLE

Excellent little place. Lovely staff and food served with that little extra service.

Let me down days befor my wedding!!No joke!I paid for my cake befor lock down so they said they would honour it...Due to pick up on Tuesday, (Thursday wedding!)Saturday I get a call.. They rang me,Told me their cake decorator was OFF SICK!and asked if I still wanted it...AGAIN, days befor pick up and my actual wedding!I asked could it still be decorated to look like a wedding cake and they said they wouldn't know til monday if the owner could.I said well how can I tell you if I still want it? What will it look like!? I can get a cake today from tesco and haven't got the worry about it not being ready?...They said they couldn't ring the owner and I would get a call Monday..So NO call and I'm worrying I ring them...I get told they didn't make my cake Saturday.No cake!No compensation! (just my money back!)No help whatsoever!Said I was abusive!?What abuse!?I was a stressed bride being told they was making the cake then, if I still wanted it. But the decorator was off!?No offer of discount because of this error!And literally couldn't offer me a thing when I realised I had no cake!!!Very unfair treatment!Awful customer service.When I rang the on the Monday...They said they didn't make it saturday!And was ringing me soon to refund!!I needed it for Tuesday! Because my night befor was the Wednesday!Imagine that being you!?!

We visited this lovely bakers/ coffee shop on a Thursday 10.30am for a coffee & tasty fresh coffee & walnut cake so yummy ! This is a lovely place to stop for a morn cuppa or lunch and it's opposite a very old church and the Wenn chop pub across the street!

Totally awful food.Tasteless pasty served cold! Cake tasted worse than bad supermarket type. Lemon drizzle, maybe on the icing but the cake was dreadful almost chewy. Coffee and walnut cake was like nothing we’ve ever had, disgusting cream in the middle. My hubby loves cakes but couldn’t even stomach it.Thank goodness the tea and coffee was good.We then had to go else where as we were hungry.

Very tasty cakes, tea was nice too, service with a smile and a lovely view over Saturday market place

love there cakes and rolls so we decided to go to the cafe on High Street ...staff looked miserable..not a smile between them. ..and not even a greeting from them...the food came ...omelette was horrible..bland ..tasteless and as thick as a crepe and not even warm ...warm as the reception from the staff ...daughter had cheese and beans jacket potato..cheese had know taste and very stringy ..outside of potato was rock hard ...won't be coming again
