ConfiDental Clinic Purley

I have been coming to ConfiDental for about 10 years now and I have had various treatments over the years along with my 6 monthly checks. I have to say that I always enjoy visiting the practice and I honestly feel that when I arrive I am greeted by a family member, Penny.... We have known each other through the years and the personal touch that this lady has is second to none. Such a pleasure to see Penny each time I visit.The new premises is incredible and perfectly immaculate (a far cry from the old premises although I had such a fondness for the old house..) I have been treated by a few Dentists and Hygienists over the years and I can say that I would never go anywhere else.By bar the best practice.. See you soon!

Just wanted to share a review of the excellent service I receive at confidential clinic. I have seen dr.s.malik a few times over the last year and a half and she is absolutely brilliant! Thank you.Reception staff are pleasant and welcoming.

I have been with confidential clinic - Purley since 6 years now. Both my children and myself have been looked after by Dr Vinaya Prakash. She has been extremely professional and a great dentist to the kids. She was gentle, kind, patient and understanding and explained all the treatments to the children with utmost patience. She has a great skill - would always put me ant ease and we are very pleased with her. It’s because of Dentist like dr Vinaya we don’t fear them anymore. I would recommend this practice and specially dr Vinaya Prakash.

Just had a bad experience with this clinic. I needed a filling in my left lower molar. The dentist, Dr. Malik, not the smoothest operator. She managed to bang my tooth while administering the anaesthetic and squirted some on my tongue. The tooth was so poorly polished, I had to get my wife to use her Dremmel to smooth of the outer edge. I couldn't even get floss between my tooth there was so much excess filling. Just had another (better) practice correct these errors. The only reason I didn't award one star is the good work/advice provided by the hygienist.

Prompt, professional and friendly. And my teeth look and feel a million times better after seeing Taz!

I was quite nervous for my scale and polish as I haven't been in a while, the gnashers were getting pretty filthty and this treatment has hurt in the past. Dr Liu and the assistant were very friendly made me feel incredibly comfortable for what turned out to be a relatively pain free experience! My girlfriend says (and I quote): your teeth have never looked better!". See you again soon doc!"

I have been a patient for more than a year. And my daughter before that. Our dentist, Dr Vinaya is excellent. My teenage daughter and myself are so impressed with Dr Vinaya and her thorough approach. We've been to several dentists in other clinics before but all had been confusing us. However, Dr Vinaya, with her expert hands and knowledge and lexperience immediately gave us confidence. Dr Vinaya builds a loving rapport with her patients. She is always patient and gently lets us know the areas of weakness in my mouth and teeth so that I can seek treatment accordingly.Thank you very much Dr Vinaya for your kindness and support.

Good friendly service from reception, hygienist and dentist - all on time and very clean practice.First appointment was at 08.30...so could have opened the doors to the waiting room a little bit before (I arrived at 08.20 and stood outside on a cold and frosty morning...)

Amazing dentist amazing service made pain free and comfortable throughout. Restored my faith in going to the dentist .
