I came in feeling nervous but as I came in I was greeted by a lovely staff which explained the process pretty well and was comfortable throughout the whole process with the laser and fat dissolve feel an incredible change would recommend to everyone whose looking to make a change

I went to the clinic at my appointment time. Got there and shutters were down. Rang Shameem and said she forgot about my appointment and will be there in 10 minutes. She also asked what my appointment was for as she forgot. My treatment was IV Glutathione. Got into clinic she didn’t tell me any info about the treatment or the side effects. She put the drip in wrong and I felt very unwell with dizziness and hot flush. When I told Shameem I don’t want to continue with the treatment due to how I was feeling she said she can’t refund my money. This woman just cares about money and not the welfare of her clients - maybe that should be her new ethos! Walked out of clinic. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Maybe this is why her clinic is so dead - mind the pun.
