We have had car adaptions fitted and a hoist for the mobility scooter. The staff were absolutely brilliant. They demonstrated and instructed us in the use of every part of the apparatus . My wife had familiarisation lessons with the new controls from Kevin who is very skilled as are all of the staff that helped us. Very highly recommended. Thank you Bewick

I am so impressed with the work that bewicke do. They give so much thought and consideration to the adaptations to your car to have minimal impact on the functioning. I felt like i was kept in the loop the whole way through the process with a timely polite and courteous phone call. I have just had James (an engineer) come round to the house to fit the adaptations to my scooter and he was extremely helpful and respectful. I cannot praise this company enough.

Bewick Mobility fitted the left foot accelerator on my Mercedes. It's fitted so professionally that you'd think it was a factory component.They are lovely people to speak to (having had a mobility scooter from them in the past) and I would highly recommend them for all your mobility needs.

The advice and recommendations of Kevin in the showroom and the customer service were brilliant. My elderly mother needed to be able to get out of the house and the mobility scooter we were advised to think about has been perfect for her. There was no pressure and when delivered we were shown how to disassemble it and all our questions were answered with enthusiasm and friendliness. Can't thank you all enough, you have helped make a massive positive input to my mother's life.

I am an amputee. Bewick Motors was recommended to me by my driving instructor and I found their services and their standard of work to be excellent.They collected the car from Edinburgh on a trailer as it wouldn't start (not used for over 12 months), repaired it, arranged service and MOT and, of course, completed the adaptations for both acceleration and braking using hands. They then returned it on the trailer.They kept me updated at all times and always sought my views before undertaking any work.I am truly delighted with the results.

Adapted my second hand car with Geoff Gosling push pull controls and a steering ball They where very helpful and accommodating. I will be returning soon as I need a new car adapted with the same again.It cost me £930 for the items I was extremely happy with this. They Liased with me for months prior to my adaptations needing fitted as I shopped for a car suitable for my needs and for the needed adaptations.Highly recommend, trust worthy adaptor.

I called into Bewick Mobility for some information on an electric foldable wheelchair.Its a nice airy showroom and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I spoke to Craig and he took great care in finding out my needs and what would be suitable for me going forward.He demonstrated everything about the chair carefully and considerately. Took the time to explain all the options for purchase. Including going through the warranty, any future service costs etc.The attention to detail was brilliant.He's very knowledgable.I highly recommend paying them a visit.First class service!Thank you its very much appreciated!

How brilliant Brian and staff in the Stockton branch were installing a hoist and mobility scooter in our car.They did a first class excellent job very efficient and helpful. We recommend them to all. Also they have a good display of scooters etc.
