Had them restore and repair a sentimental crucifix and chain, they work very fast and did and excellent job! The item is very old and worn but they made it look brand new again. Their prices are fair, and their customer service is friendly and helpful. The picture doesn’t do it justice, the necklace was scuffed, dull and had hair stuck in the chain. Now it gleams like brand new!

As a last resort took my Breitling watch to In -Time. Quoted minimum cost for new part at £325 + from high street jewellers. This genius of a man took 5 mins and charged me £10 for his trouble. I would recommend everyone to visit him before being ripped off.
