This isn’t an actual standalone Argos store. It is a Sainsbury’s local where you can have your items Argos items sent to. They do not issue returns. If you go to the bakery section there will be someone standing thereabouts to take your pick up code.

There isn’t an Argos at this location, which is very misleading. There’s a Sainsbury’s local around the corner with an Argos collection point, so you pick online orders up, but they don’t do returns there!

The worst argos collection point. It says that it closes at 11pm but you can't actually collect your order after 10pm. Also the time of pickup varies. Not accurate to the email at all.
