Helpful for urgent needs and there's a lot of range, staff were friendly and polite. Mark-up is quite high though. Checked the prices when I got back and the same products at Argos were about 40% cheaper.

Went in to buy fireworks, staff were very helpful and able to advise us on which ones would be most suitable for us. Everyone in there is always so friendly.

Went 2 buy velcro straps and hedge trimmer wire, was told by the assistant velcro strap £4 a metre I said I will take 1 and half metre, after the guy cut it & gave it 2 me I was asking for trimmer wire then a old man maybe owner he said velcros r £8 a metre that's double price I said I wont buy that have u got the trimmer wire the owner said I have but not for u, u cant afford it, and refused to serve me, that's bad practice please to give ur money to a racists shop keeper that judges people

Exceptionally polite staff.We needed to use the shop to return via UPS, the company we were returning to were useless at helping.The guys in the shop were really kind & helpful.If you're stuck & need help please head in they're super helpful x
