Had a bifold installed. The glass inside has been left with smear marks so cannot be cleaned and today the door won’t lock. Only after 1 week!! Ive called the office twice and no reply.Quite disappointed to be honest given this is a premium priced product.Update: a few weeks later all was resolved. Staffing issues over the holiday season caused a delay.Product is very good to be fair.

From your website it stated you have an extensive showroom.My parents came recently and you have 4 windows on display, 1 patio door.Can't comment on your service or products but sadly we weren't able to see much as not enough on display.

Phoned three times and each time was told someone would call me back because the salesman was on another call etc. - needless to say they never did. The last time I told the person who answered the phone this, and was on hold for more than 25 minutes (while they waited for a salesman) and they eventually just hung up on me.If they can’t even talk to me, I hate to think what their service is like! Think I may have dodged a bullet.

C R Windows recently installed a uPVC double glazed back door for me. This is the first time I have used C R, but it won't be the last. Clive the installer was very friendly and professional and fitted the door in no time.Very pleased with the quality and look of the door.Thanks C R Windows. Great Job.

Double glazing companies vary tremendously - I had the misfortune a few years ago to use one that had good reviews but gave atrociously bad service. CR Windows are one of the really good ones in the wider Bristol area - as is indicated by how often you see their vans on the road and by the current delay of a few months before they can get the work done.I’ve used them a few times now. The salesmen aren’t at all pushy, the fitters are polite and good at their job, and the end result - with both doors and windows - is excellent. A trouble-free experience every time, except once some years back, when they immediately came round to put matters right.Prices seem reasonable too.UPDATEAfter experiencing a problem with one of the windows, I found their after-sales customer service was extremely poor. So I’m reducing my rating from 5 stars to 3.

I had 2.5 metre double patio doors installed in my garden flat by CR Windows and I am so happy with the service and the doors and would highly recommend this company. I got quite a few quotes, mostly the prices were similar but CR Windows offered a service like no other. They take each and every job personally, making you feel really important. I had a thorough consultation with various options to choose from a variety of materials and styles. I could then choose a design and was able to not only change the design but also help to tailor the design to fit the space, style and my budget. Onsite they were fast, no mess and super friendly and capable. Post job I have had excellent customer service from Amy and Shawn with any questions I had or help I needed. I could not be happier and what a difference they make to my little garden :-) Well worth the money and well worth spending the time to get quotes and find CR Windows

We chose CR Windows due to their reputation, to add an equinox roof conservatory to our existing house, and WOW are we pleased, thoroughly delighted with the end result, you can see why this company outshines the rest.From the very start in Sales through to building, installation and aftercare, we cannot fault this company at all, they are truly the most friendliest, tidy and helpful company we have ever dealt with, nothing was too much trouble and the overall quality is exceptional.A 1st class service from start to finish.We highly recommend this company against all others and their reputation shows it. Sales reps promises were not kept by CR Windows upon installation, work was not up to standard anyone would expect from such a highly rated company, fitters worked very late into the evening on one occasion during final days of contract when asked by us could they come back and finish installing the following day was told if don't finish it now then won't be back again very large pieces of plastic used to fix the large gaps around the installed UPVC doors and windows not as was promised by the sales rep at time of quote when we stated we did not want this to happen if we accepted there quote, after sales were not really interested in solving issues despite our best efforts over many months to find an amicable solution. Have to say the windows and conservatory doors build quality was first class to be fair but would I recommend cr windows based on the whole experience sadly No we felt once they had our money customer service ended. Based on recent reviews though they look as they have now sorted out and these types of issues and got there long held reputation back on track to there original high standards.

We contracted CR Windows to replace both our conservatory and window. We were a little apprehensive about the significant cost but we needn't have been as they were excellent throughout.We are very pleased with both the finished product and also how the work was conducted. The workmen were always on time and worked hard. We thoroughly recommend CR Windows.
