Delivered Exactly" is their laughable slogan. My package has supposedly been residing at their Belfast depot for 4 days

Avoid at all costs!!! overnight" service 10 days late and had to constantly chase up for delivery update. Then after I was eventually told my item was out for delivery only when yet again i chased up was told driver went to deliver it but didnt know it wasn't on the van. It was a 3.5 metre awning!! So had to wait yet another day for it to be located

I had a failed delivery attempt on monday despite being tracked as within 5 mins from address then went of tracking as was put of allocated time at 16:00. Then it just seems the driver gave up and drove back and put into storage with no redelivery day allocated. It had changed to all day standard delivery which is 6pm end of deliveries or so I was later told (by staff who lie)Customer service via chat the next day after 30 mins wait with Allen wanted me to collect a large package myself which i stated i couldn't. I stated the days i was in for redelivery then he told me he has set for redelivery the next day. I stated no one will be in so needs changed to one of the days provided. I had to state this three times over 20 mins to get a reply and allocated for an appropriate day.Friday came and I tracked the package to again within 10 mins drive of my address 5 streets away then it went off as it was out if the time frame allocated for delivery. I contacted customer service immediately so it could be delivered. Her attitude was condescending and I asked that she contact local Belfast depot to ensure driver Sean delivered it. She said 'if its out for delivery it will be delivered' suggesting she wouldn't contact local depot to contact driver. Terrible tone of voice and dismissive attitude, insulting.I got onto chat and immediately no advisors so I put in different details to mine which they now know and suddenly there was an advisor. Alim took 20 mins to reply by just reading generic message that 'it is expected and driver will aim to deliver today by 6pm' I asked for Alim to contact Belfast depot as the van was 5 mins away from my house 1 and a half hours ago and I needed the parcel. Alim Ignored this and just left the conversation. Insulting customer service.It wasn't delivered again by 6pm by Sean just as I suspected. The drivers just don't give a dam, the customer service is also incompetent and very bad mannered. Alim lied as did the woman on the phone.Still waiting on a delivery a week after first arrived in Belfast and 2 days of it being on a van close to my house.Worst experience on all levels. I will have to collect it and inspect closely for damage and complain to manager (if there is one). I Also informed the blind company to not use these clowns in future.

This outfit must be the gold standard when it comes to being utterly clueless. From the moment they received the package they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They are total liers, they'll claim the package hasn't been sent by the provider or the package is due today, tomorrow or next week. Your constantly going back to the provider for updates because they'll not speak to you. I've told the supplier that I will have nothing to do with them while they employ this shower to deliver. Absolute disgrace.

Worst delivery service ever. Delivery was rescheduled by the company several times, eventually they did not deliver the package and it was returned to sender. Can't believe I paid for this terrible service. Avoid.

Would ave got no stars but then couldn't leave review so had to give it 1. What a joke 2 weeks it took for them to deliver my item even though it had been out for delivery them 2 weeks

I don't know why people use this service. Amazon had to refund us one of our items because they lost it. another item has been lost for a week and the delivery driver said they tried to deliver it and left a card. They did not. We contacted the company we purchased the item for and they said they had received no record that a delivery had been attempted. So DX completely lied to us.Why set up a courier service if you constantly fail to deliver. isn't that the whole point?

Absolutely useless!! Held my parcel for almost a week, then passed it on to a 3rd Party to deliver. Avoid if you can!

DX driver seems to think parking in a disabled space (right beside a busy medical centre and with plenty of normal spaces) is acceptable.

Was expecting a delivery… it kept showing out for delivery for a week but no one was coming up to deliver. Had to ring their office to get them delivered. I have never experienced such a poor service ever…
