Neil, Andy and the team were the most professional roofers (we’ve had a few!) that have worked on our old building. Professional, personable, hard working and tidy. Replaced an entire flat roof (only 5 yrs old, and badly fitted), cleared all the waste and left everywhere better than before they arrived. Will on their team, was able to repair and re-plaster heavy water damage downstairs (not part of the original job spec, but added on at short notice) so we could get our restaurant bathroom open. Thank you all so much

I can not recommend Neil Horton roofing highly enough. Been having leaking flat roof problems for a number of years and all efforts to repair have failed. Andy Sayers from the company came round, highly knowledable and professional and couldnt do enough to help. He and Steve worked like trojans over two days and completely replaced the roof to a fantastic standard. Thanks guys, huge relief.

I have always used Neil Horton roofing as the professionalism; speed of response & superb quality workmanship are impossible to beat.The roof looks amazing & my drive was left a lot cleaner than when the guys arrived!You simply cannot get better than Neil & the team if you need a replacement roof

I used Neil and his team last week. Quoted me on the Wednesday for a new garage flat roof and a pitch tiled roof re layed the roof was on by the Friday. Fabulous work from Neil and his team. The waste was all cleared and taken away, the guys never stopped from 8.30am until 4.30pm.Neil wasn't happy with the facia on the back of the roof (not the guys fault i think Stevie Wonder done the brick work) he was back again this morning and sorted the problem. I wouldn't hesitate using these guys in the future. Fabulous work and honest as the day is long.Thank you guys great job

Used Neil and his team (recommended from a friend) to replace my fascias, soffits, flat roof and guttering and would definitely recommend. Competitive quote, professional team and tidied up after themselves. Ignore the idiots leaving 1 star reviews. Thanks again guys.

Neil and his team were very professional, polite and arrived on time. Despite the really cold weather they worked really hard, every day , cleaned everywhere before they left. The inside of the loft was as neat and tidy as the outside, excellent job by a professional person. If you need a roofing job this is the company to carry out the job.

We had our garage roof replaced in July. The men were friendly, worked quickly and cleared up well. However the soffits were damaged and we were told they needed to be replaced. The men made a temporary repair but bits fell off a few days later and Neil came out to inspect and said the work shouldn't have been left in that condition. He gave us a quote for new soffits which we accepted. Since then we have rung, left messages, and emailed many times but have not received any reply so the work is still outstanding. Very disappointed - will have to get someone else to finish it off.

Neil came out to price some work for me, a carport roof and a garage roof. He was extremely professional, explained how it would be done and had scheduled his team to come and do the work within a week of coming out.The lads were brilliant, they worked quickly and efficiently in very warm weather, we did keep them topped up with plenty of cold drinks and they completed both jobs on the same day. They took all the rubbish away and swept up any mess they had made. I am so pleased to recommend a local company for doing an excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Special thanks to Andy, glad you like my bacon sandwich.

Contacted the company on a couple of occasions. Left a contact number and description of what I needed doing ( a new front door canopy). No response at all from the company. Obviously not a big enough job to do. One of five local companies contacted for the job and not one contacted me.The review wasn’t intended to have an impact on your business. I appreciate you may be busy , but it takes a couple of minutes to reply back to let customer’s know that you are busy and that it’s something you couldn’t fit in. Most people would respect that instead of not having the decency to make contact at all. You were pretty quick to reply to this post!
