It's a large two-floor store with a great selection of international foods and other products. However, it can get crowded and there are no fitting rooms available. On the positive side, the parking is nice and ample. Overall, it's a good option for one-store grocery shopping.

Unfortunately poor experiences at the pizza counter in this store has become the norm. The rest of the store functions well with friendly staff but, sadly, ordering a pizza means you'll recieve bad attitude from the staff member or you will be ignored and left to wait nearly 10mins, like me and 2 other customers did last night while they walk around ignoring you.Thats twice this month ive gone to asda just for a pizza and left empty handed. Shocking!!

It's been a little while since I was last here, so I was looking forward to a bit of a change. Parking was no problem, with loads of accessible spaces right beside the door and, of course, completely level access. However, once inside, I was soon confused. The layout was different from the last time I had visited, and neither did it seem to conform to any kind of logical layout that I could fathom. Admittedly, it may have been a work in progress, but it was still confusing. The clothing was easy enough to find, though, and I was soon able to get the bits and pieces I was after, but when it came to the food, things I expected to find close to each other often seemed to be in different ailes, thought some common things I simply never even found.I think it may well be a while before I am back, just to give them time to get everything into some semblance of order.

The Elgin store is indeed a great buy out to stock in for stays at remote locations heading to Dufftown or nearby villages like Rothes. Great store with vast choice of local produce as well as updated stocks of breads and fresh food. Parking available and wheelchair accesible parking as well as entrance. Place is big and the checkout is faster. Prompt and friendly staff. I love ASDA as they are greatly helping the local farmers by selling their products hassle free for them. Best store in this part of Speyside.

The Elgin store is grubby and well past its sell by date. However, the staff are brilliant and helpful. Some of the security staff can be jobsworths, so always have your till receipts ready tae shew. Needs a massive overhaul, but George items remain competitive.

Absolutely dire customer services!Had a order delivered, driver said one of my delivery trays was missing. The driver told me it would be delivered the next day....never arrived. I called etx 260 at the store. Got a lady named Nicki, I explained what had happened, she didn't know anything about it. She asked me to call her back with a list of my missing goods, which I did, to be called a LIAR about some cheese that was missing saying 'that's hard to believe 'I asked her to speak to the driver to be told he wasn't in work until the next day. Today on the phone she said he would be back on Mon, not Sunday ! I'm still waiting for my order to arrive?I spend a lot of money in the Asda store in Elgin all year round. Looks like I'm going to go to Tesco instead from now on.My delivery was on the 30th of Nov, this is Sunday, still nothing!Very bad service. Especially being called a liar over a poxy bit of cheese?I am upset about that & I've been anxious about her attitude all weekend.This isn't on !I will have to get in touch with the ombudsman regarding this. Also social media. Totally disgusted by this.
