I booked 4 wheels in, nothing fancy about them; I delivered them loose (I have two sets for that car, so ran about on my other set while these were being refurbed). The results are abysmal, bubbled up on the side of the rim visible to the exterior of the car. I doubt they did any prep at all on the wheels before recoating them.The owner is curt to the point of being abrasive.Communication is non-existent largely because they won't walk into their (fairly quiet) office to talk on the phone -- instead they stand beside loud machines and cannot hear you. Pretty basic stuff. I had to just go there in order to find out if my job was complete.They attempted to bill me for slightly more money than I'd agreed with them by phone, ultimately letting me" pay what was agreed in the first place. This alone is totally shocking.I cannot recommend the quality of the work

Recommend by a friend and wish I didn’t give my alloy to them. 3 days later and over £100 spent. The results for a diamond cut repair are shocking to say the least. When i collected the alloy i asked about the bodge repair and he says its only that bit and changed the subject to how i was gunna pay. Not happy.

We have used Mint Alloys many times over the years and they never disappoint. The quality of repairs is excellent and we have always received a warm service from them, we highly recommend.

The alloys on my Chrysler Crossfire were badly grazed. Mint Alloys did a thoroughly professional job restoring them to their former condition at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Charlatans.I paid a considerable sum to have my four allows bead blasted, powdercoated and painted. All that happened was they painted over the damage. I have already had to have one wheel reworked and now I need the other three. This really has left me feeling like I was really ripped off. I followed my friends recommendation and really feel let down by the company. Someone knew they were ripping me off and they carried on regardless

I haven't used their service yet, however their prices for refurbishing alloys are very reasonable and the customer service spot on. They have two options as well, take your car in and leave it there which you have to book about a month in advance and then they take the wheels off for you, or you can do that at home and just walk in with your alloys and get them done pretty much on the spot. Will be using them for sure.

Just had my Merc E-class wheels fully refurbished and straightened by Mint Alloys. Friendliest bunch of blokes, who are passionate about the work they do. The results are 100% perfect. Great service, great communication, great job. Would highly recommend these guys, without hesitation. Cheers guys.
