Minster five 2s

Terrible service! Phoned & booked a taxi yesterday to pick my father up early this morning to take him to hospital! I rang again last Night to confirm the booking & to ensure they wouldn’t be late (after reading reviews!!). My father waited for 20 minutes, looking out the window & stood on the doorstep so he ended up having to drive himself. I rang them & they said that a taxi was there waiting but no-one showed. She said they rang the number but when I checked the call list there were no missed calls. I asked why the driver didn’t knock on the door as they knew it was a hospital appointment but she said they shouldn’t have to! Will not use again!

Daughter went for a Clip & Climb party here. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and good food. We’ll be back!

Avoid, don't give them your money. Very poor service. Booked 2 weeks in advance. Turned up very late. When we rang to ask when it would arrive just got told 'he can't go any faster so cancel if you want'. We said we have no option now but to wait to what she replied right" and hung up. Absolute garbage of a company"

Great service. Used the company for the first time for a pick up from a wedding. Car was on time, in fact a little early, which was great as we were worried we’d be waiting late at night. Driver was friendly and drove safely. Would recommend this company.

I contacted Minster Five 2s one evening as my daughter's flight was delayed and I did not want to pick her up at 2am from East Midlands Airport as I had work the next day. They were really helpful, took details of her flight so that they could track it, and her mobile so that they could contact her as soon as she arrived. The taxi was there waiting for her, and got her straight home. Really impressed with their service especially as it was last minute. I would definitely use Minster Five 2s again.

Easily the rudest call centre employee I've ever spoken to. Hung up so abruptly during the first call that I had to call back to ask for a payment link; then I called to enquire about where the taxi was, only to be told that it had been put down as a customer no-show" 30 minutes prior. I certainly did not see a taxi pull up so if it did it only waited for seconds before leaving. Never received the payment link from them either

They didn't turn up on time, I called half an hour before the time and they said they'd be there on time, when I called just after they were supposed to pick me up I was rudely asked to stop calling and told they'd be five minutes, they still weren't there half an hour later.So, in summary, the lady I talked to in control was incredibly rude, the taxi never showed up in spite of repeated reminders, and then they lied to me about the taxi being five minutes away.Believe the terrible reviews these guys have on Google. They are well deserved.

Booked a taxi for a train and no taxi showed to pick me up because my booking was ‘set for the next week’ but i believe it was not placed in the system as they seemed to be surprised I didn’t get a text message. First and last time using them.

1st driver was great ! 2nd driver didn't have a card reader ...what's that all about in a cashless age ?!?

Appalling service, don't bother using them. Called several different days to make a pre-booking, each time answered by a rude representative telling me to call back the next day with no explanation. Called again today, representative hung up after I explained the booking request. I've never used their services before and certainly won't be doing so in the future either, no wonder their reviews are so terrible.
