I knew of this company when a dealer I purchased a car from (Motorhouse Uk Derby) was refusing to honor repairs to the vehicle. From the start Legalsolutions4u were sending incorrect information and were very rude on the phone and in emails. Despite sending correct and evidenced information, they still responded as if they were robots. I know they had to defend their clients but when the information is Chalk and Cheese in your face, sometimes you need to admit defeat. In the end, the case was transferred to a small claims court and they did not turn up. The judge waited for 3hrs and gave them every benefit of doubt and nothing. I would stay clear from them.

Seems they work mainly for dodgy car dealerships even when they clearly have no legal case.& takes them 5 weeks to send 2 emails all whilst my car is sat in a garage un-drivable and I have no way of getting myself & my two babies to work/nursery/hospital appointments

Had these used against me from a car dealer. They are rude, unhelpful, slow and always on their dinner. Took 2 weeks to send 2 emails and the majority of the accusations were completely fabricated and disorganized. Responding to it was difficult. They won because I gave up trying to desipher what they were on about.

not very helpful I found them unprofessional not keeping in contact to resolve a problem I had with a trader, paperwork never sent to sign, tried bullying tactics stating the law in all aspects when they were actually in the wrong and I was within my rights legally to claim what I was owed. The person dealing with the matter did not have a clue what she was doing the responses were always the same. Dispute ended up being settled without this company seeing it through to the end ....

Terrible company. Staff are unresponsive, waited over a week for a call back because Isabella was on her lunch". Instead of advising her client the legality of the situation she attempted multiple times to say I had actually lied. 1. about my bank account being closed 2. about the name on my account 3. about how much I was owed. She actually sent me a falsified document that she had created 20 minutes earlier (you can see this on properties of any document sent) to prove her point. Would just avoid as they are happy representing cowboy's."

Absolutely terrible solicitors who act mainly on behalf of questionable used car salespeople up and down the country!Apparently the solicitor who runs this practice has been struck off and is no longer able to work in mainstream legal practice anymore.Most of the literature they send out is generic peppered with references that apply to yourself ie dates, car reg, etcDo not just read my review! See how many shard my thoughts of this backward practice

Was sent fake, doctored and fraudulent documents by this 'firm' on behalf of a crooked car dealership I'm in a dispute with. Called them to discuss the fraud committed by their client and was met with childish hostility. Can only presume they are complicit in said fraud. Reporting the fraud and forgery to the police instead. This company is not a 'law firm', it's a Mickey Mouse outfit. Not registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Owner Malcolm was struck off and prohibited from practicing by the Solicitor's Regulation Authority in 2009. Not a real solicitor among them.

Poor, poor and poorer still. They employed an advocate to defend our company, the guy turned up half hour late and had clearly not reviewed the case. Sat there, as a professional, in very casual clothes, did not have answers to so many of the questions asked by the judge. He didn't ask any questions of the witness and lost us, what was advised as a clear cut win win case. They charged us a monthly fee and lost the case costing us a fortune. MY ADVICE, STAY CLEAR

They defended a Garage that my son purchased a car from, the Garage refused to repair the car even though he had purchased an extended warranty. Legalsolutions4u tried bully tactics to get me to back down but despite overwhelming evidence against their client they forced me to go to small claims.They took it all the way to Court and then did not turn up, I was awarded judgement and a Court order was issued against their client for them to reimburse me for the cost of the car and all costs incurred.They have no morals and obviously do not care about the outcome they just make your life a misery even when they will not win, avoid if you can but do not back down.

Great company! Legal team are very friendly and very efficient, quick responses, there maybe some legal advice cheaper but you get what you pay for, top quality service. The guys we have dealt with so far cannot fault them. Keep up the good work
