It's my local supermarket so I visit frequently, products are decent for the most part. Meat products could be better, gone a bit downhill of late. Staff are all lovely.

Dont use this Asda very much these days. Mainly owing to the queues at checkout. Yesterday was a prime example! Asda was packed mid morning and getting through the check out was torture!! Seemed to take hours. Traveltor was broken too. This caused problems getting round to top of store. Not the best experience going there.

One cashier on the Saturday.. most stock I had to get from the top storage shelf myself as noone was putting stock out. Good car park

Why can they not have more traditional manned check outs open. Ques are very long to use one of the few open. I had to use the self service today. I had a voucher and it wouldn't accept it so I had to ask for help but only one lady helping and it was very busy so I had to wait ages. Seems to be like this every time I go in so if it doesn't improve I'm changing where I shop.

Very good store. 2 floors. Upstairs mainly containing clothes, technology, cooking and all kinds of bits and bobs. Great selection of diary and vegetables. Always plenty to choose from. The store allows customers to use scan and go app, or to use your own hand held scanning gun. The store has a lot of parking spots to customers. Perhaps I believe they could convert a few spots into disabled bays. The biggest issue with this location. They simply don’t have enough tills to help with the flow of customers. They always had every till up and running but now they only have 1 or 2 tills open. They have the staff and have the tills. Please help by opening extra checkouts to stop the long wait in queues, the long queues also block the flow of shopping. It’s a challenge to manoeuvre through all the isles.

The worst customer service ever. The ladies in self service part are so rude. You have to chase them to have a carry bag because they are having all this bags with them. ( what a stupid policy to keep the carry bags on them).I’ve been there today and the lady who got the bags ignored me and was very rude. All the workers looked very tired and unhappy.

Big store and lovely staff. Bakery let me down was expecting more, more than half stuff is frozen and brought it with not appealing ingredients. They make loaf cakes and pancakes in place.

Have experienced SO much racial harassment from this shop it’s insane. Tried to report multiple times, started asking my POC friends and turns out multiple people have had similar experiences. You will be physically assaulted and treated like a thief if you are not white. I have been accused of what a staff member did to me so they could ban me in an attempt to stop me reporting ALL of their behaviour. i have video evidence of their targeted behaviour and will be contacting Asda customer service as MULTIPLE reports I’ve made in store have not even be written down. This is not a safe shop for people of colour with the staff currently hired- please be extremely cautious and don’t put yourself in unnecessary risk. They WILL try and bait you into confrontation after falsely accusing you of actions that clearly are formed from their very inappropriate stereotypes.

Should be 0 stars. Will never set foot in there again. Treat like a thief. Rude shop girl told me no, I can't have a plastic bag until I found a self service till so she could scan it first. (In case you steal it). So, Asda, you can lose my £1000,s of custom every year and keep your 10p bags. I will not be treated like a thief. Try remembering that thieves are the minority not the majority. And your plastic bags actually cost you just pennies.
