Black Swan Taxi

Friendly drivers and timely service!

The break pads on our car melted so we decided to call a taxi and get our car towed. Luckily they were the only service who answered. The guy who answered was foreign and couldn’t understand our location so we had to say it multiple times. He said wait for 25 minutes. After 1 hour I called my wife and she had to come and get us from gorleston. we were in norwich. she arrived 5 minutes after the taxi eventually did. so the taxi drove past us. we waved and shouted but the man in the car pointed down the road. so we got up and went down the road, and he was gone! didn’t even call us to say it was cancelled or ask where we were. nothing! DO NOT RECCOMEND! Almost died of heatstroke.

Awful customer service which lead to not even getting in both of my two bookings. Delayed by a few minutes for outbound trip and they didn't even bother to call to see where we were, so the driver ended up leaving after having no patience to wait a few minutes. When we were meant to return, our taxi would have been delayed by 45 minutes. Poor customer service and would NOT recommend to anyone.
