Quite well equipped with reasonable prices. Staff are nice.Only downside is the mens shower and, 'changing room'. It's a disgrace frankly. Disgusting in this day and age.

Very nice gym. Quiet so u just scan your finger and walk in. Couldn't have to be simpler. Very nice management.Prices are very reasonable too.Big and clean. U can train in peace here.

I really liked the gym and the staff is amazing. I also been to the new brach which is located in East Ham, what a gym. All the new equipments and brand new and so easy to use. I love their equipments. Thanks to them they provided us such a gym.

Just went with a m8 to look at gym (not train). see if I liked it unfortunately for them they wanted to charge me £5.not the way to do it especially if you want new members.
