Very disappointed with there refund policy. Couldn’t give me an exchange as not my size in stock. Insisted on giving me a credit note, not a refund.Will alway use other Saddlers in the area instead.Sorry to say can’t recommended.

Loads of stock and choice helpful staff

Very rude member of staff.. I'm guessing she was the owner. I went in and purchased an expensive belt and suggested that it might be the wrong size so she was going to order some more (as it was the last one left) to restock the shelves and swap if it was too small. When I called her a few days later to say it was too small she said she hadn't ordered any more and when I asked for a refund she was extremely rude suggesting that if I went to Sainsburys and bought some cornflakes I shouldn't expect to get a refund for them the following day when I decided I didn't want them. Very very rude. Will NEVER go here again.
