Avoid them at all cost!Last year back in October I was about to loose my purchase transaction due to their service.I've been chasing weeks with no updates to find out that I have had to be re-panelled to a new conveyancing as apparently JMR lost key professional staff and unable to complete my transaction even though my transaction was advance( they started on 27th of July ,mortgage offer issued on 1st of August, no chain on the property, searches were through quite quickly and found out on 24th of October 2022 they cannot work to complete my transaction anymore!Very disappointed!

Great firm, quote for conveyancing was about £400 less than the next best and £700 less than the firm preferred by the estate agent selling.They were very patient while I sold my place, waited for a payrise to get a better mortgage and then while the Seller's finished off their new place and moved.They kept pushing everyone along. I had a request from the seller to pay for half a new boiler but they helped me when my friends and family said that I shouldn't be paying towards it.They sorted out a payment in the completion to the Seller's to leave some furniture and white goods behind.Great service highly recommend.
