Malpas Brook Pharmacy

Very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Very polite. I spoke to other pharmacies in the area on the phone looking for antibiotics for my daughter and they were rude an sounded as though they didnt wsnt to even speak or answer my questions. Malpas brooke is by far the best ive been to.

Don't go here for care!! First I heard the chemist talking about how she keeps putting down another member of staff, new to the role. Then correcting issues with someone else's prescription. I was told they didn't have time to process medication for me so I offered to come back the following day and was told to phone instead. Numerous calls I eventually got through (I work full time myself) to a very rude person who told me they couldn't speak to me until the following week and I would have to go back in. When I explained I'd phoned as asked couldn't get through and now they're asking me to go back in. She told me I should be grateful and hung up on me. Very gossipy about staff and customers and rude!!! Not what you want in a medical service. If I could give 0 I would!!!!

Very friendly staff, and was able to see the gentleman pharmacist within minutes who helped me source the medication needed. Thank you. Fantastic service 5 star

Very good service

I am so happy to have transferred from Malpas Road pharmacy to the new Malpas Brook one. It is nearer my house (fair enough lol) ... However, the main reason is the staff!! I struggle severely with mental health problems and take several medications per day... I have a massive variety of good and very bad days and I was thinking about getting my tablets delivered, but just a walk down to this chemist and to get such a warm welcome makes me feel at ease. They’re so chatty and I was always calling them before picking up my tablets as not to have to wait in a small space with other customers but now they send me a text to tell me the script is there ready. I’m sure they do it with other patients, but for me it’s like a lifeline! I never feel embarrassed with these ladies and their conversation is so friendly. X x x 5+ stars for me.

A good local pharmacy. The texting service now offered has been a welcome development to let you know that your prescription is ready. Ideal.

Helpful friendly service, very busy,some times staff overwhelmed by number of customers, but that's not their fault.
