There is no respect for the visitors I went for the interview with my friend. my friends can’t understand that much English then I was helping to the translate but someone was very rude I’m really unhappy with that?

I attended this home for a training day. The home is so welcoming and friendly. The Manager and Deputy could not do enough. Every team member spoke to me and asked how I was. There's a vegetable patch which the residents look after and is growing well. Thank you Ridgeway Rise. I can't wait to come and visit again.

iv been working here now for over a year and half now as a housek.eeping manger , i can honestly say it is a pleasure to be working here some days can be difficult but the home manager and the deputy is always there to help you through it always supportive. but most off the time it runs nice and smoothly always have a laugh with the carers but the main one is getting to know all the residents is lovely

Ridgeway Rise Care Home
A beautiful visit to Ridgeway Rise today. From the moment I stepped through the door, the lovely receptionist welcomed me with a coffee and homemade cake in the cafe. Bella and Vali’s greeting was warm and friendly. The staff team were nothing short of kind and I saw the most beautiful care, engagement and happy residents. Then there was lunch, fresh, home made and simply delicious served by an amazing chef. Fine restaurant standard. Can’t wait to visit again.
