Formula One Autocentres - Westwood Cross

HIGHLY do NOT recommend. I paid £900 for MOT and full service in October, weeks later my engine management light has turned back on. I had explained that this is a historic problem due to a technical issue with the code as other mechanics have advised me in the past. Once plugged in, the light switches off and usually returns. They insisted that the law has changed on this matter. The light has now returned (no surprises) and Formula One wants to charge me AGAIN just to look at this!! despite having 12-months supposed warranty, and completely denying what he told me about the law change to justify the cost in the first place! Appalling level of customer service from the manager Andrew Jones who spoke over me and refused to find a viable reasonable solution. My family member has been using the garage for years, so I thought I could spend my hard earned money here - never again. Disgraceful customer service and scammers. Don’t be fooled into thinking that this is a professional business like myself. I’m not one to leave a bad review but I am appalled.

Wonderful service from Andrew and his team when I needed a new clutch in a short timeframe. Wonderful customer service and even booked all the further care in to make sure the whole job was signed off and booked in advance. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! Have used for a tyre and mot. The staff are really friendly, there's a waiting room so you can watch your Mot being done if you like. They're also cheaper than most! Couldn't be happier

They explain clearly and methodically what they have found and right course of action needed to you. They can adjust, where needed, to accommodate your needs and questions over costs.I return time and time again because I trust their workmanship and customer support.

I just had an awful experience with this garage. My colant reservoir cap came apart, with the bottom bit lodged in. They told me that they couldn't get it out and I needed to replace the whole bottle, when it was just a simple fix. My car was booked in and I took it to them after my night shift, only to be told that someone should have called me because they couldn't get the part. Luckily, that meant I managed to get it fixed by a more trustworthy garage at a fraction of the cost. I didn't even get an apology, just excuses.

Excellent customer service, my MOT appointment was conducted in a very professional and timely fashion at a superb competitive price. Well done definitively use Formula One again and recommend anyone to give them a try.

Great Service and friendly staff. Even though we had to do 2 trips in one week due to a machine breakdown preventing them from completing the MOT, they kept us informed every step of the way
