Hugos Dog Groomers

Really lovely experience taking my two dogs for a full groom at Hugo's. Both of the ladies who work there are really lovely and friendly and clearly know what they are doing as my dogs looked beautiful after they were finished. Really nice touches showing that they had really gone the extra mile, eg. using deep conditioning treatments on both dogs at no extra cost. They also gave me good advice on a product to use to help avoid their fur getting matted in the future. And above all, they were just so lovely with my dogs. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to others. Thanks so much.

Both my dogs go to Victoria and the team and absolutely love it! Both have entirely different needs (Cockapoo and French Bulldog) and they are both catered for extremely well. They both always look and smell amazing when I collect them! The staff are all so welcoming and polite! I highly recommend this place!

First time at Hugos last week, am always nervous to try a new groomer but they were so lovely, very friendly with both myself and my dog. They were understanding and accommodating when I explained my dog had previously had issues with the blower/hair dryer. She’s a clingy spaniel and they let me walk her to the table so they didn’t have to drag her off. The end result is the best groom I think she’s ever had! Her fur is so soft and they tidied up her ears perfectly (and she smells amazing!). I highly recommend Hugos :)

An amazing dog groomers who I would highly recommend. They recently took care of our family dog, who has had a bad experience with other groomers and is therefore very nervous when she gets trimmed.However Hugo’s Dog Groomers put her at ease and gave her a gorgeous cut, keeping us updated with messages along the way, and our dog came out extremely happy. Love this groomers wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sheffield. From the moment you walk in, the staff are friendly and professional and I love how they go through exactly how you would like your dog to be groomed before they start, even showing you length charts - such great customer service!!!! My dog is usually very nervous but not here! Would recommend to anyone

This is the second time I’ve taken, Millie, my 9 year old Collie x Lab to be groomed. They are incredibly friendly, kind, well setup and they do an amazing job. Professional throughout. Couldn’t be happier. I’ll 100% continue to use them. Thank you!!

First time getting our Japanese spitz groomed and the team at Hugo were absolutely incredible with him - we’d had some issues with matting and they sortedhim out with kindness, ease and professionalism. We picked up a very clean and happy dog! We will be back, thank you so much.

Brilliant service! Victoria and the team are so skilled and really care - they found a small lump on Ralph and took a video for us to show the vets. Luckily it was nothing serious but we’re so grateful they let us know. Will be back soon!

So patient and kind with my big nervous doggy. He had his first ever bath the other day, they were really patient and gentle with him. All obvious pros. He looks even more stunning now, I'm impressed every time I pet him at how soft he is now!
