Great network, no over-subscription unlike most ISP's.Had Excell fibre at home for many years and never had an issue. Staff are friendly and will always do their best to help someone if they are having issues.

I am not sure who is writing the reviews for Excell but we are an unfortunate customer who have ended up with them as we're in a serviced centre running the IT and communications. We are now moving out due to their lack of any sort of customer service, sense of urgency or understanding of our business at all. We have not had a single correct invoice since we started, which was January but they're happy to keep chasing for payment inspite of me repeatedly asking for credits. Our phones were switched off for 3 days with no way of forwarding business calls or altering our voice mail message. No formal apology was ever received. They are now charging us to get our equipment out of the comms room in the serviced centre, which was the final kick in the teeth to say the least. These are just the key things, plenty of smaller irritating points I could mention, They just seem clueless, it's most peculiar!

After taking Excell through the Ombudsman process and Excell being told they must write a letter of apology (which we have not been given). We can confidently say this is an exceptionally poor company to deal with. They have harmed our business and provided unacceptable levels of service. You will find the sales force charming and pleasant - however post sales you will at best be ignored, and should you ever have issues or complaints then there is limited to no help for you . I suggest you might consider visiting their site in Sawston and just walk around the local businesses and ask their honest opinion. So many had signed up for phone and internet with Excell only to be let down by dreadful phone services and persistently failing internet connections. My sincere advice is that you find a reputable telecoms company with history and reviews you can trust. We moved as soon as we could leave contract to BT, and apart from saving over 70%, we have a modern phone and internet system that actually works. Something Excell apparently cant quite grasp and certainly did not give us.
