National Windscreens Southampton

Absolutely shocking service, car scratched, inertior left soaking wet, broken glass not cleaned out from inside, customer service was non-existant. Formal complaint not actioned, and sent back to Southampton to sort out and they have done nothing, not a thing, blocked my number and can never speak to anyone. AVOID using this company if you value your car! See reviews on Trustpilot!

this company is useless !! especially southampton branch . had to replace windscreen they phoned up said new windscreen was damaged!!! then they came out couldnt replace windscreen in rd as they we’re frightened of traffic wardens and was frightened there tools we’re going to get stolen yet there van was nextdoor to our car such muppets 3rd time took it to the branch never fitted any windscreen as other exuse absolutely rubbish

Great service 6 months ago then stone chip and another windscreen but again great service

I had 1st class service replacing windscreen on my car, friendly, polite and professional team, helpful and on time, great job finish with attention to details all the way from start on making the appointment on the phone to picking up the car. Very big thanks to Paul and the team. Highly recommended.

Reliable, quick service & polite. So easy to use, no chasing, they dealt with my insurers to.Both really good guys that came out, arrived when they said the would, cleaned up afterwards & even cleaned up the glass that was on the inside of my car!Thank you (Southampton branch)

Useless! The first attempt I turned up and they hadn't ordered the dealer part I'd requested. Arrived to the second attempt (6 weeks later) to find the dealer part had been damaged. Any decent outfit would check the parts the night before to save customers time and money. Two hour round trips and time off work wasted! I'll go somewhere else next time, thanks.

Only ever got back to me via text over a week later

Tried about 5 times to get window fixed, they had to change it first time because the crack was a window replacement. Fair enough. Had to cancel second time as they didn’t come in the time frame and were late. Third time they had to cancel as the glass wasn’t delivered and said needed it done asap and said can get it done 3 days ahead in store. They cancelled that 3 hours before as the glass wasn’t delivered. Then Fianllt fixed it later. Understand it’s not a them issue with the glass not being delivered, the guy speaking was lovely and helpful, but took over a month for it to happen and was tedious. Lovely and efficient when they did fix it just a shame for the having to cancel every time.

Could not get the windscreen for a pretty standard car. Cancelled installation twice in a 2 week period. Had to pay for own installation in the end with another company that could provide and install within 2 days as needed the car and wasn't drivable with the crack.Unfortunately our insurance was exclusive for National Windscreens so couldn't claim the money back.

Not a good service wouldn't use them again
