I am a frequent customer of Hillier Garden Centre Winchester Romsey Road shop. I have just been accused by the Manager of Hillier Garden Centre Winchester Romsey Road of lying about an injury I received in the shop yesterday. If I was twenty years older this incident would have been much worse. According to the Manager of Hillier Garden Centre Winchester this low trolley is a “known hazard”. She also lied about not having CCTV too. Appalling customer service.Hillier Garden Centre Winchester plants garden centre terrible customer service.

My daughter got locked in the carpark as she didn’t realise it shut overnight. The next morning they blocked her in with a van and demanded £30 to move it. This is illegal. They didn’t care that she was tired and due to complete a 13 hour shift as a midwife -also that it was an honest mistake. Enjoy your £30!

I visited here while in Winchester. I first went to the cafe and had a cup of tea with a lovely piece of cake. Then had a good look around the garden centre and purchased a few plants and some other bits. It's a well stocked store and has plenty of parking.

Great selection of plants for a garden centre in the city centre. A nice indoor plant selection too. Super helpful and friendly staff. One very kind employee called Richard always remembers and greets the small child I am with. He also finds time in-between tending to the plants to bring us a dog biscuit for our small dog every-time we visit :)

I am a regular Hilliers customer, as was my Mother before me. It is local and one can usually rely on the quality of their plants & trees. In fact, my OH has just picked a bucket of delicious damsons from a young tree we bought from Hilliers two years ago. And I am growing a healthy crop of round cabbages, sprouts and black kale - from the last of the vegetable plugs on sale 3 or 4 months ago. Ace shop. My favourite.

What a special find! Great oat m*lk cappuccino and delicious gluten free ginger cake, all in a cosy, happy atmosphere. And the garden centre is wonderful, too!

Large range and stock of garden plants, shrubs and trees. Plus garden tools and house nic-nacs. Separate cafe and toilet - lovely food. Also separate garden machinery outlet in large car park. All set in a mature tree and green vegetation site just outside town centre.

The cafe in Hillier Garden Centre is a very useful place to wait while my mother attends her hospital appointments. Comfortable, relaxing, and friendly. Good coffee and an excuse for a piece of cake! And then a wander around the well laid out plants. Written a few years ago.
